CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR 2026 EOY AND YEOY!

The ASCE Austin Branch is proud to recognize two outstanding members of the local engineering community with its 2026 annual awards. RJ Endsley has been named the 2026 Engineer of the Year. As Central Texas Market Leader at Halff, RJ is known for his strong leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to the profession. In addition to his work advancing infrastructure projects across the region, he has spent more than a decade mentoring engineering students through ASCE and actively contributes to several local organizations focused on infrastructure, policy, and community stewardship.

The Branch also congratulates Aleesha Toteja, the 2026 Young Engineer of the Year. A project manager at Halff, Aleesha has quickly made a meaningful impact through both her professional work and her dedication to community service. She serves as the ASCE Austin Branch Community Service Co-Chair and is involved with Engineers Without Borders and the Halff Community Initiative, helping support local nonprofits and community-focused projects across the region.
